"I purchased a house after a building inspection by iSpect. The house has caused lots of stress so this review has taken many months to come back to. - Promised to complete a wall moisture check, didn't do it - Slow to respond after the inspection documents sent (weeks between emails) - Reviews are incentivised with a $20 voucher. A few major things were not noted (e.g. rotten floorboards partially obscured by a cardboard box, concrete laid high enough to cover vent holes). While the company maintains none of this was in error given their Ts and Cs, I suspect there are other inspectors/companies who would've picked up these things. Next time I will pay a bit more and go somewhere else."

"Edited post move in day: They did the job within 48hrs and had the detailed and comprehensive report ready in 24hrs. Whilst clear issues were identified and attempted to be fixed, the issue wasn't what they advised. They failed to some issues. They did make contact after offering a $20 woolworths voucher for a five stars review. Lucky I hadn't used it.."

"Rang them Wednesday morning. They managed to arrange three house inspections for Thursday. Reports delivered by around COB Friday. Bought one of them at auction Saturday! One of the reports hadn't uploaded correctly due to the large size which their customer service team rectified immediately once I notified them. Very pleased with the level.of detail in all reports. No hesitation recommending based on our experience."
