The house has caused lots of stress so this review has taken many months to come back to. - Promised to complete a wall moisture check, didn't do it - Slow to respond after the inspection documents sent (weeks between emails) - Reviews are incentivised with a $20 voucher. A few major things were not noted (e.g. rotten floorboards partially obscured by a cardboard box, concrete laid high enough to cover vent holes). While the company maintains none of this was in error given their Ts and Cs, I suspect there are other inspectors/companies who would've picked up these things.
